Poor customer service. Poor follow up. Still waiting 4 years to get job completed. Dismayed about their lack of accountability. Don’t recommend them in any way. Smooth talker. When a problem or two arises, then no accountability.

We have been trying to get this company to rectify poor work with no success. Will have to spend twice as much to have our roof fixed. Not happy Smooth talker but don’t fix the issues …!!

I was quite stressed having to organise a reroofing, however I got 3 quotes and I chose Camberwell Pottery Roofing, because it was quite obvious that they were the best. Glen, the owner, visited me and explained the whole procedure and was available to answer any questions I had. They use quality products and their standard of work is excellent. Thank you Glenn, Mel, the roofers and office staff for being terrific and making my reroofing decision so easy.

i wont come again.i entered the display room today, the girl from Philippines kicked me out, she said i cannot see any product before i accept her quote, i triple confirmed she said same thing to me “ i won’t t let you to see my roof tiles before you decide to use us, because of our product is secrete “such a amazing job she done , and i am very happy for the boss that your staff just keep your customer away from your business

Camberwell Roofing did everything from the beginning to the end of our new roof installation, and we are satisfied with their work. Poor quality of workmanship and lack of accountability.

Stay Away! They are very disrespectful!I was asked by Monier Roofing to contact them to view displays of their roof tiles before placing any orders. I called the Camberwell Potteries and they declined to even discuss the reason for my call. I told them I needed to see Monier roof tile samples and I was asked to contact them, but the lady kept insisting their showroom was for their customers only.Too bad for them, I was hoping to buy 300 sqm roof tiles. They just lost a prospective client. She kept on insisting she would inly speak to my builder. Little does she know that I was going to supply my own roof tiles and I could have been a customer if she tried. Very poor customer service! They need to understand that everyone calling them or walking in their showroom is a likely customer and needs to be treated with respect. If they keep turning people away, they will never have customers.I have contacted Monier Roofing. Hope Monier will take action or atleast consider their own showroom to ensure their customers are treated well.
