Tina was wonderful right from the beginning with the initial test drive. Her communication was always prompt, clear and delivered in a friendly manner throughout the whole process from ordering to pick up day.There was a long wait for the car and due to circumstances beyond their control the wait was even a few months longer than expected. I did hope that Toyota would send me more than a bottle of wine at the time but I knew what I was in for and it was worth the wait.Tina and everyone else involved with the whole process of buying a new car were all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was always clear and smooth. I really do love my new RAV4 Hybrid and look forward to continuing service with Downtown Toyota Morningside! Thanks!

The service provided by Daniel was great and the purchase of the vehicle was seemless.However purchasing a second-hand vehicle does not compare with the service you receive when purchasing a new vehicle. The second-hand vehicle was not very clean and still retained rubbish from the previous owner.Would I purchase another vehicle from Downtown Toyota, yes I would if the price was right.

Fantastic service and dealings with Jon and Todd at Downtown Toyota. Jon kept me up-to-date with my new Rav 4 delivery and went through everythingthoroughly, Todd sorted out my finance and insurance. I got a new Land cruiser 76 recently with the help of Tyrell Mackenzie. This guy is a legend. He put me at ease and helped me a lot. The process of buying the car went smoothly. My initial impression was, that it would take more than 12 months to get the car but I got it early, less than 12 months. I would recommend Tye if any one out there thinking of getting a new car.
