Walked in with a ton of questions and no experience. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my basic questions in an easy to understand language despite all the technical data that had to be conveyed. They gave the best options and solutions tailored to my situation and informed me of all the trouble areas I should avoid while providing quality and the best price for each option. Super helpful and have a wide range of equipment for musicians and DJ’s. Speak to Lars he is super helpful and very knowledgeable.Love the ambiance of the store with Musicians looked after downstairs and all Lighting and DJ equipment upstairs.Plenty of parking outside.These guys know their stuff!

A great team at Mannys Alexandria. Large store with two levels. downstairs musical instruments upstairs DJ store and studio equipment.Friendly, professional and helpful customer service. Huge range and can get instruments in in most circumstances. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend.

Customer service is absolute 0 here! especially online services.I ordered a guitar bag a month ago. So, long story short, I didn't get my order as I had to cancel it as there was no progress done or attention given to the order.And the amazing thing was the operator straight up refunded for it when I contacted them. And I never heard a sorry or anything regarding the inconvenience.Thank you so much!!

The Team at Mannys are super friendly and helpful. The store itself is probably the best music store I've been to in Sydney. It has a great Vibe. They go above and beyond to help and they know their stuff.
