Take a client there once a week to pick up his meds. Hes been going there for several years and they still dont know his name. Either they are stupid or just completly unintersted.

Service is terrible. Expect to wait most days 15-20 minutes standing in line waiting to be served, does not matter what time of the day either. Often get looked over by the staff and ignored if a person over the age of 60 walks in. Having the excuse that covid shots are the reason they are busy is old, it's been a few years now since covid, stop using it as an excuse for poor service. Staff should be able to multitask, whilst they are waiting for information from the Chemist for a customer, they can then serve someone else in between instead of just standing there looking as lost as the customer they are helping.

I have always found the staff polite. friendly , smiling and helpful.
