They don't make a good impression to me. Nearly 1.5 weeks ago I asked for a quote to change the timing belt. I resent the email twice no answer. Now I rang them and wait to come back to me with a quote. If they execute the work in the same way I'll rather drive to Brisbane to get the work done. Very dissapointing their customer management

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service from this dealership.My mother was treated very poorly, spoken down to and lied to, all in the effort of getting a very minor sensor fixed on a vehicle (that had already been replaced with a brand new aftermarket sensor).I could not recommend strongly enough to avoid this business and their poor attitudes towards paying customers.

I have just recently bought my first brand new car through these guys.I went through 4 different dealers in Brisbane which weren’t interested in selling cars or helping their costumers what so ever, so I ended up buying from these guys even though it’s a 4 hrs drive.Car was also ready to go way before promised.The team went above and beyond for every request from either myself or the leasing company which made it a very smooth transition especially from their end!Can highly recommend this dealer!Thank you guys really appreciate it.

Was told if i drop my car off at 730 it would be done first thing. Walked arpund town for 4 hours thinking that would be plenty of time for the. To find out it wasnt started. Then i had to ring back as tech was a lunch to findout they cant find my proble.. and to come back in an hour. Rather drive to brisbane next time
