dusk Pacific Fair

Visited this store 5 times and every single time the staffs weren’t friendly. Tried to ask a question they act as if I’m begging them for money. I purchased most of the products from different store but this store is closer to where I live. Doesn’t matter how many time I tried to give them a chance yet they still the same. Poor customer service.

Great store and I am loving the renovations they’ve had.I buy all my candle needs from here.You’ll notice they have specials out the front.

bought a diffuser from Jessica and some oils for it, she was super knowledgeable and helpful a credit to the store. 5 star service

I visited this store today having no idea what I was after...oil burner, scented candle, decorative tea light holder??? My mind was a mess! Enter the lovely lady of the store. Not only did she successfully decipher my scented needs for my home but she single handily greeted and helped multiple people that entered the store. Not once did she falter on an authentic greeting or the promise to return and assist!Customer service like this is incredibly hard to come by and should be commended when experienced!Hats off to this lovely lady your customer service was 15/7 (<<<<< Well above excellent!)

You could spend a fortune in this store and it's great for buying gifts. The candles here are a high quality. The fragrances last to the end and all the accessories that go with the candles are also good quality. The Mood Mist fragrant oils are also beautiful and they often have specials with these. Worth a look see

Great variety and good prices. I just wanted to buy a certain product for gifting someone but liked some latests and end up purchasing them too. great location too. Just a short walk away from the Broadbeach South tram station.

I just visited the store today to purchase some lanterns I had seen on the website. As soon as I entered the store I could hear the manager in this store speaking to the young shop assistant in such a rude rude way, which instantly made me feel awkward even being there. I couldn’t see the lanterns I was hoping to purchase so I asked her if they had any in stock or would be getting more in, she told me they don’t exist and the only lanterns they have are the ones I can see on the shelf.. I explained that I was looking at them on the dusk website which is why I came in but suggested maybe it’s an online exclusive item and she started to snap at me and continuously tell me they don’t exist and they have never had them in dusk and never will.. she got very annoyed that I still believed I could buy them online where I originally saw them and then began rudely asking me to bring it up on my phone then if I was really looking at it.. as if I was lieing? It’s just a lantern. There was really no need for any of that, I was very polite to her the entire conversation and was pretty shocked that she would speak to a customer like that. I feel bad for the younger shop assistant for getting such a bad example entering the workforce. As long as she is managing that store I don’t think I will ever come back because who wants to be snapped at while buying candles??

They had some great special prices on their Christmas stock. Such lovely fragrances.
