A big thank you to Matt for helping me out today. I forgot my bike charger and he graciously allowed me to leave my bike to charge while I went and had a coffee. He even did a little bit of bike maintenance. Wonderful, friendly service Thanks again!

Issues can happen, especially when services are provided. The main difference between a good and an excellent bike shop is how they react when something does not go exactly as the customer expected. These guys went above and beyond to resolve a small issue I had. That is the trademark of an excellent business and where peace of mind comes from. If you want things to go well with your purchase or service, come to this shop.

10/10 bike shop. This is my favorite kind of bike shop. The friendly, local kind that looks out for ya. The Friday beers kind of shop. The travel-an-extra-15-min-because-of-the-mechanics kind of shop. When you visit, ask for Kaito. He is super knowledgeable, helpful, and loves bike riding of all flavours.It’s located close to the Smithfield MTB park, so stop in if you’re in the area. I can’t speak highly enough about Discovery Cycles.

We hired a couple of enduro bikes for riding around the region for 4 days and they were great. The bikes were top of the range, service was friendly and easy and the process was simple. Sent my Sirius in for some new rim tape, headset check and deraileur adjustment. These guys nailed it super professional, bike was out early and price for everything was amazing. Will definitely be using these guys in the future for anything. Thanks again

Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were only buying a wall bike storage rack but they couldn't have been more helpful. Plus the bike rack was simpler, cheaper and better than all the others we had viewed online from many websites. Well done Discovery Cycles.
