Riverlea Events

This place was just ok. Nice location but finishing touches were definitely lacking. Owners were nice enough but a bit difficult to deal with (and will pop in unannounced). Overall not great value for money.

Attended a party at this venue and it was ideal for the occasion with its large kitchen, accomodation and view!! Would highly recommend

I loved everything about my weekend here!!!I had my 25 birthday with a few of my close friends and family at Riverlea. Everything about it felt like a home away from home. I loved that the main house had a warm and cosy vibe. But, my favourite part about my stay here was the pool and decking area. It's literally picture perfect as it overlooks the valley down to the river. The hosts were terrific, to say the least. They knew it was my birthday, so they left a bottle of Champagne for me as a gift!!!Stoked to spend my birthday here and will definitely do it again.

Fabulous stay, great facilities. We had family in the house and pavilion for a wedding nearby. Everything was clean, booking easy and communication very quick. Chris answered all queries very quickly. Thank you for a great stay. Mandy

We had a family weekend at Riverlea. It accommodated all 18 of us. A fantastic place for large groups.The grounds are beautiful and the view spectacular. Both houses were clean and well appointed. The large communal area was a real bonus. The pool was beautiful. Chris the owner was amazing. He responded quickly to all queries and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.We will definitely be going back.Jen

Lovely stay at this beautiful place. All neat and clean and a friendly host smoothed the way. Especially loved the bush/ wildlife experience- birds, kangaroos, etc.

Riverlea was exceptional to stay at. It was super clean and had all that you needed for a weekend away. There was a beautifully renovated guesthouse out the back which absolutely blew me away, you could easily have up to 12 guest stay, making it a perfect location for a group get away. The pool would be superb in the summer and it has spectacular views of the country scenery from every view. We watched the sunset from the veranda and I’m telling you now there is no view like it, it was magical! I highly recommend staying at this location. The owners were super easy to communicate with and accommodated to our requests. I will certainly be back in the future! :)

I had an incredible time staying at Riverlea. The house and property itself are beautiful. We had a group of 10 staying, including cousins from interstate (Qld) who also loved the place. In laws from QLD reckon they have never stayed anywhere like it. Plenty of room for the kids in the upper pavilion (bunks etc) while adults could enjoy the peace and quiet of the main house. Pool also a winner for the kids. Owner (Chris) was a great bloke and was helpful with all logistics and local knowledge.
