Very helpful staff.

They give wrong advice, mail gets delivered to the wrong addresses, missing parcels and mail. Hopeless.

Friendly staff. Good service with a smile.

I wouldn't send anything to that post office as they have a postie working for them who steals parcels on his route. Parcel tracking said it hadn't been delivered but the post office said it had been signed for, when pressed to show me the signature suddenely couldn't find it. Worst post office I have ever delt with.

We've had 4 parcels mysteriously go missing and the last time it happened was the 17th August when the parcel was marked as delivered. Everyone was home and not one person heard a knock. My partner went into the office and they provided a photo of the parcel at our doorstep to prove that the postman had delivered it. They advised all we can do is report it to the police. A couple days later, the same postman delivered this parcel (the one that they showed us in the photo, same tracking and all!).It's impossible not to believe that this postman has been the one stealing packages and taking photos of them at doorsteps to try and cover his tracks.Yesterday, we had a pile of letters and an envelope parcel left at the doorstep when we clearly have a letterbox. Too bad if the wind blew it all away!And today, we had a secure parcel due to be delivered that was ordered NOT to be safe dropped but someone had to sign for the parcel, otherwise it would be taken to the post office for collection.I got an email saying it was delivered and ofcourse, the postman left it at the doorstep and did not knock. My father was in the kitchen, the front door was open with only the screen door locked and he did not hear a single knock.Something needs to be done about these posties, it's pathetic.
