Star Car Wash - Westfield Geelong Malop St

I came in for an interior clean and was charged $85 which was understandable. Unfortunately when I came to collect the car I instantly spotted debris on the seat that hadn’t been vacuumed which I asked to be fixed. I then left and saw a number of spots that hadn’t been wiped down/vacuumed so I had to take the car back. Another once over was done and when I left I still noticed it looked quite poorly. I ended up taking it to the car wash and doing it myself. The guy working there was lovely but unfortunately the clean was not worth $85 seeing as I had to go clean it myself afterwards

Very happy with the service I received. My car came out as sparkling new and the price is very reasonable too. I would definitely be coming back and keep up the good work team.

I have been here a few times without issue. I came back after not being there for 2 years (I have moved) and paid $300+ for a full detail, the seats were saturated still, like you press down and it was pooling water, it has a strange odour and the entire outside of the car has micro scratches from either dirty sponges, cloths or brush! There are also other scratches that are rather deep- these where not visible until I had gotten home due to it being in a poorly lit car park and was horrified. I won’t be back. Even today the cars to wet to be driven.The car was aired out with windows open for 4days and I cannot for the life of me get the awful smell out and things are still wet! What on earth! Smells like a swamp!

Absolutely amazing service! Very friendly staff, very quick service and my car looks cleaner and shinier than its ever looked before! Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be coming back again

I had a great experience with Star Car Wash Westfield and Staff. I requested my car be cleaned and detailed and paid for the appropriate service after discussing the price differences and recieved exactly what I paid for. It was not a cheap service (as if I paid for that, it is what I would have expected. That's the job I get my teenagers to do). I paid a little more without complaining and received a quality and detailed" service.My seats were deep cleaned

Fantastic customer service, we were met with a friendly smile! As for my car, it was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and looks sparkly and shiny once again.
