Went to Banjo’s bakery & cafe and had the most amazing woman called Coleen serve us we had the best pies and sausage rolls thank you we will definitely be back

Eggs beeny crossont had no sauce.stone cold in the middle.$9.50 sasuage roll was a party snack for children.terrible.Pie was dry and only partially full.Ill stay to whites store done the road.

SENSATIONAL FOOD. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.Called in for the first time today as I was passing and could not believe the selection of food. So I purchased a few different pies and a couple of desserts. After sampling them all when I got home I can honestly say they are without a doubt the best Bakery in Cairns. I will definitely be going back. The chocolate fudge brownie was to die for. Highly recommend. Thanks guys. Don't ever change a thing.

Great experience. Ordered a soy cap and some treats via the app. Double cheeseburger pie for breakfast (lol) was great, slightly hotter would have made it perfect. Sausage roll is smaller than usual however it is reflected in the price. Pastry was crisp and flaky. Customer service was impeccable.

I have been here a handful of times as it is close to where I live, but I have maybe only received what I have ordered twice and every other time it is something else. For example ordered a bacon an egg croissant and I get a ham, cheese, egg, and tomato croissant.

Had a standard meat pie. Quite tasty but a bit runny. Also I bought two raspberry tarts. My wife said hers was wonderful. I thought mine was good. Will go back to try a specialty pie.

Love the pies and always get a pie and coffee deal. Sometimes the coffee is really bad though, not sure if burnt or bad extraction. Today was especially bad so I'm writing a negative review. I think there's a guy that makes coffee really well but not sure what days he's on, you guys should get him in every day. Please!!

Took the kids and wife for a early morning treat. Coffee was burnt, bitter and tasted like ash. Am sure it was over extracted. The food was overly sweet as just taste like sugar. The worst of all was customer service. Was not busy at all I ordered a villain slice to share between my 2 little ones. I asked a staff member if they could please cut it in half. Was told “err there are knifes at the front” didn’t tell me where or say it in a nice way. What knifes I found was the crapy Bamboo ones that can’t cut bread let alone a large slice. Felt like they could not care less about the quality or customer. I am not going to spend another dollar at that place.

Service was fast and courteous.. After being disappointed with scallop pies, I had to try the Tasmanian Scallop Pie and it was the best I have had since Tassie.. will be back!
