I have used the for two properties that I purchased and on both occasions the were professional, efficient and through. Buying a home is a very stressful event, when you have someone like Southern Peninsula working for you it takes all the stress out of the conveyancing side of things. Janice, Emma, Brooke, Maureen, Suzanne - All staff have consistently gone above and beyond to handle my settlements. After other parties reneged on contracts twice, difficult, non simultaneous settlement negotiations, a death in the family and a bout of covid, I couldn't handle too much more going wrong.SPC made sure I was taken care of during a very, very stressful period of my life.
