The martial arts training I have received here is second to none. Personalised, practical and hard. I have advanced so much more than I had over all previous years of training.I've also used the massage service, mainly to mend my broken body after hard martial arts training. Todd really knows what he's doing. Incapacitating injuries are gone with only one or two treatments and I'm given the skills to self treat so that they don't get as bad in the future. I will never go to a physio again after seeing how good physical therapy can actually be.

This dojo is now hosting MUAYFIT classes. My Son and Daughter in law have been practicing Muay Thai for several years now with considerable dedication and have trained in THAILAND with international trainers who are the best in the world. Their development continues but they have decided to start something new. At MUAYFIT you can still learn Muay Thai but in a more social atmosphere. It's aimed at beginners especially but not exclusively to women. Already there are several classes available at different times and days and women with children tend to prefer the 9:30 Am classes as they can train as soon as they have dropped off the kids to school. This is a first name friendly club where you can learn self defense through Muay Thai and improve fitness. This is the non threatening martial arts that many people particularly women and older people need to participate. I'm a member and I've learned a lot in a very short time. I love it.
