Soul Mobile Repairs

I have been going to Soul for many years now and they have everything I have ever needed. I got cases and screen protectors for my iphone and ipad and they have saved me so many times. The lady there is easy to talk to and is super sweet and is always willing to give discounts when purchasing multiple products !!

So great!The woman working here was so lovely and friendly!I brought my phone in because my iPhone had lines in the screen after being dropped. She fixed it in half an hour for a good price, gave me a free tempered glass screen cover!I got home and the screen sensitivity was terrible - so I took it back and the woman gladly fixed it again for free and threw in another glass cover. We’ll come back again for sure.

I have to say one of the most friendliest interactions today. I was so overly stressed due to my screen dying in the middle of the night. It was fixed so promptly and with with smile.

Came in last week to get some accessories for my new phone. The kind lady had exceptional customer service and showed me all the cases she had and gave me a discount for buying a screen protector and case together. She is so kind and sweet and would recommend this store to anyone !! :D

I walked into the store as my phone is badly smashed front and back. I decided to enquire at this store as it’s a convinent location for me even though I have heard “they are not that good”. Nonetheless, I walked into the store to make my enquiry. The lady at the front counter, half acknowledges me and is half in the middle of her own work. While continuing her own work she quotes me $150 for the front and $140 for the back. When I enquired about it being expensive she dismissed me which was fine. I then explained to her that it was impolite to have her half talk to me while attending to her work. To which a younger boy stepped in and the both began to raise their voice at me and tell me I should understand as she is busy. I said that’s fine but good service is to stop what you are doing and give your full attention to the customer in front of you. They continued to be rude and raise their voice to which I walked out and they yelled out “get out and never come back”. I have never been treated like this and it’s dissappointing to receive this kind of treatment in 2020. I will let my family and many friends know to not bother with this kind of treatment.

Destroyed my phone & denied any responsibility. I took my phone in to get the Micro-USB port replaced & they damaged the antenna rendering the phone useless. I considered taking them to the Small Claims Tribunal (VCAT) which would have cost me about $60 but they are not legally obliged to attend nor abide by the VCAT ruling, so I'm out of pocket.
