Worst customer service! Walked in to buy knicks. Couldn’t see a see anyone in the store. Suddenly a guy pops his head from the back. Says ‘hi’ and the. First thing he ask’s is where is my mask!! Considering I was riding my bike and I have a full exemption. He said I’m not allowed in the store without a mask! Rude! I will never step foot in such an uncomfortable store like that ever again. Plenty of bike stores I have walked into never asked such a question. Shows why your store was empty. Customer service has gone out there door with stupidity. No wonder your store is always dead. I was trying to support your business.

Been trying to find a good value winter softshell jacket but most cycle shops in Melbourne had limited stock and limted sizing. Went to see Danny at Le Knicks and she was very helpful. She ordered one for me, called me when it came in, and keep it behind for collection. Great personlised service with no obligation to buy if it didn't fit. Highly recommend shop. Thanks Danny
