TERRIBLE customer service from the parts counter, the arrogance was astounding. I got quoted $380 for a part I drove down the road to Autobarn where it was $48......I will NEVER go back there with so many parts shops in Browns plains I have heaps to choose from.

Apologises if this is the wrong repco I just wanted a manger to see this the lady who was driving the company Ute around 2:20pm this afternoon nearly crashed into my car, this was coming into browns plains road near the 7/11 she did not look and also speeding and swerving the lanes browns plains road through the roundabout towards marsden absolutely appalling driving did not make me feel safe.

Both times I have been with the kids, the staff have been awesome. Can't fault the service there. Thanks for your awesome work! Will definitely be back!

I would just like to thank Stacey for the assistance she gave myself and wife yesterday in the rain.I was parked on Browns plains Rd with a flatty and Stacey was going in the opposite direction till she turned around and supplied a trolley jack as my jack would not work/fit .I was overwhelmed by her help so thankyou once again!!

All auto king techs will be charged full retail or would auto king kindly remove themselves from repco browns plains. Causing alot of issues for the repco business with auto king try to gain more business with this

This is the Repco Browns Plains address. Makes repco hard to find when auto king mobile mechanics comes up. This needs to be fixed

The store is good range is good, but I have shopped at the Browns Plains location about 4 or 5 times in the past few months always the same. Staff do not come to the main counter to transact a sale for quite a long time.They generally stay at the parts counter and when they eventually come over to help you pay for items - they always seem frustrated they had to walk over with a big sigh and disinterested acknowledgement.Maybe management need better staffing rosters so they are not under the pump. A quick in and out with minimal other customers in the store can still take 10-15mins just waiting to pay.Hope the store gets the assistance it needs. Retail is a tough gig right now.
