Joanne Counter from NSW Strata Management has been our Strata Manager for a number of years and she is the best Strata Manager we have ever had. No issue is too big or too small, Joanne is very knowledgeable and follows through on all requests promptly, efficiently and professionally. I hope Joanne manages our strata plan for many years to come.

I have been involved with Peter Stenz for over 5 years in his role as our Strata Manager. He has been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable in this role and has provided excellent advice. One of his most admirable qualities is his promptness in replying to any inquiries; I do not recall ever having to wait more than 1 day for a response. He provided excellent service during the difficult COVID times. Highly recommended.

Since becoming our strata manager, Liam has always been attentive, prompt, and professional. I am very satisfied with quality of his work and would happily recommend him as a strata manager. Louisa Stocovaz has been our Strata Manager for the last few years. We are more than grateful for the excellent way Louisa continues to manage our Strata plan. I’ve personally found Louisa to be very approachable and easy to contact. Louisa has a very strong knowledge of Strata and has the ability to explain things with ease! She responds very quickly to issues we may have and works orders or quotes are always issued promptly.I can only hope that Louisa continues to remain our Strata Manager for the foreseeable future!!

Our SP 50077 has been managed by NSW Strata Management for a good number of years and our appointed agent since November 2020 has been Fady Abdel-Ahad. Upon taking over our Plan, Fady had to resolve many outstanding issues which he did in a most effective manner. In the time Fady has been our agent he has guided our Plan through a full review and implementation of new by-laws both Model" and "Special"

Fady Abdel-Ahad has been the best Strata Manager I've ever worked with! He has made a big difference in maintenance of our building since 2020. He's been continuously paying attention to our enquiries and responding to them in a timely manner. He's been generous with his time and sharing his knowledge with us which is greatly appreciated. Fady is knowledgeable, approachable and patient with great interpersonal skills and we're so lucky to have him as our Strata Manager!

Over nearly two decades of strata committee experience, I’ve worked with a number of strata managers, several of whom I felt were very good and a couple have been outstanding. I feel Liam Wilson from NSW Strata Management, is one of our outstanding strata managers.Liam has been our strata manager for over a year. Working with him has been a great pleasure. In my experience, Liam is extremely knowledgeable in strata law and practice; is proactive where necessary; timely to respond to requests or questions from our SC; provides sound advice; and takes action as and when needed.
