Great quality product and great serviceI often passed this business yet bought UGG boots from large shopping centres. So after 1 year of usage and holes at toe from inferior products by big box retailers, the Downunder Ugg boot crew provided a Xmas gift that feels really good.Good choice of colour and style and sound advice.I will return for other members of our family

Very friendly, helpful service, I bought my Emu Ugg Boots from here about 4 years ago and they’re still like new. The ones I have you can replace the inner soles so when they’re wearing a bit thin they can be replaced. I love mine so much I have just bought my granddaughter a pair. She’ll grow out of them before she wears them out. I recommend the store and the products highly.
