Food Adventura Paella Catering

Food Adventura catered our wedding in the Blue Mountains in March 2022. We booked the paella station for 100 guests and tapas as canapes. The food was an absolute hit - our guests have been raving to us about how good the tapas and paella was (it was great portions with salad and bread also). The paella also was a beautiful visual addition to our wedding and oh my gosh the smells of the paella as it cooked in the marquee were to die for. All of the chefs (and Fabio of course) were fantastic!Thank you so much to Fabio and Connie for answering all of my questions over the year or so we booked you. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly highly recommend - here's hoping one day we can book you again for a party!

WOW! The paella was absolutely AMAZING! I had Food Adventura for my 50th birthday party at home for 75 people and it was absolutely amazing. I had 3 different paellas and each one was just delicious. Ever since the party I have had people comment on how delicious the paella was. It was just perfect and everyone loved it. Some people had never had paella before and are now converted. The comments were that it had that lovely smoky flavour and after one plate, they wanted another because it was so delicious. I think one person I spoke to said she went back 3 times as it was so delicious!!!The chefs arrived on time and took care of everything so I didn't have to think of anything on the night. They cooked, served and cleaned up - it was just fantastic. It really created a great atmosphere at the party too with the smell of the paella cooking and the huge dishes..some people were fascinated.Thank you so much for making my party so special. :)

Food Adventura put on an amazing feed for our wedding. We could not be happier.Our guests were greeted by amazing smells and loved the performance art the chefs provided as they cooked three giant paellas in front of a fascinated audience.Our guests couldn’t help but constantly compliment the food. Even the chef in our family was impressed by the quality of the cooking.This company was great to us and were very helpful with all inquiries in the lead up to the big day. I cannot thank Connie and Food Adventura enough for making our wedding day so special. From the first time I contacted them, their attention to detail, their knowledge and kindness leading up to our special day was incredible and they didn’t disappoint on our wedding day. We had Tapas and Paella what was AMAZING, as well as had help from their catering and bar staff what were LOVELY. Nothing was too hard for them, they went above and beyond and just got on with what was needing to be done. Their service at our wedding was incredible and I know if we ever have a party again, I will 100000% be contacting Connie and the team. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic testy food with a smile! If you want a good party this is the way to do I! For a change we enjoyed the day instead of running around cooking and serving

Food Adventura provided tapas, paella and a live grill for our wedding last weekend and we (and our guests) have nothing but praise for them. Food was well presented and delicious, service was faultless and the chefs (Andres, Flavia and Gaia) were friendly and professional. Even when the food station had to be moved due to rather trying weather condition, the chefs quickly made the decision and moved it without any disruption to us or the guests. Very expensive for the portion and quality. We ordered for 6 people with bread and salad and paid almost 200 dollars definitely didn't worth it. Not enough seafood, the portion was very small as we all finished and were still hungry. The bread and the salad was exactly the same one from wollies and we paid extra for it.We don't recommend and won't order again. We tried as I have my son's birthday and wanted to order paella so we thought of trying first before order for a party and it was the best decision. Not sure about the reviews on Google as it was not the same experience we had.

Fabulous food, caring chefs, lovely servers, great timing and really good quantities. Paella and Tapas for 75 people, over dinner time, cooked on site, ... just wonderful. I cannot wait for the next time! I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
