DISGUSTING.I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.My husband is handicapped and a friend took him shopping. While shoping he bought me a jacket on the understanding that I could return it if it did not fit me. It was the last one in Stock. Unfortunately he mistook Aust sizing for USA sizing. The jacket drowned me. As the assistant had intructed my husband I took the jacket back to the shop, together with the stores original receipt/tax invoice, for a refundThen the drama started! !!!!!!The assistant listened to my request and then sent for the manager. I had to repeat the story to the manager. I was then informed that my husband had to return the article. I explained to the manager that my husband was physically handicapped and was sitting in the car waiting for me. She then excused herself and dissappeared behind the counter for 10 to 15 minutes while I gazed at the ceiling in despair.When she returned she stated that she was required to see my husband's driving licence and credit card. So back to the car I trugged, all 76 years of me, to get my husband's driving licence and credit card.When I returned I complained because I had done exactly what the assistant had advised my husband to do; namely return the ìtem undamaged and with the original receipt. I had done this and did not expect to be given the third degree or the runaround.I did complain to the manager regarding the rigmarol I was being subjected to and the inordinate waste of my time it was taking. She started that she gets the stick everyday and she apologized profusely, but was only obeying company policy. Poor lady.affixed or referredrequested my driving license
