Good experience buying a bed, but the bed was poor quality. Got a Victoria bedframe that wasn't cheap. Bed slats broke after sitting on it about a month after I purchased due to what looks like a fairly obvious design flaw (frame didn't support slats). Bed is also extremely squeeky. They did replace the slats thankfully! Would look elsewhere if getting a new bed.

We visited Bevmarks to purchase 2 kids beds after visiting a couple other stores in the vicinity. We were greeted by a sales member named Rod who was very friendly, professional and super informative about the beds we were looking at. We talked about the certain timbers and quality of the Australian made beds. We ended up purchasing 2 Aussie made single beds for our kids and were very pleased with our experience at Bevmarks Waurn Ponds. Highly recommend making your bedding purchases from here if you want quality products and exceptional service.

Thanks to Bevmarks and especially Stuart I found the perfect mattress for me. I highly recommend Stuart. He was extremely friendly, has a great knowledge of a wide range of mattresses, respects your budget and is taking as much time as needed to try out different mattresses until the perfect mattress is found!

I have only good things to say about the team at Bevmarks Waurn Ponds!Have purchased both my mattress and bed frame from them in the last 18 months. Both times, I utilised a payment plan, which was very helpful!Each time i called the store to make a payment, the team was friendly and helpful.Bed frame was expected to take 8-10 weeks, and ended up being ready for delivery after only 3 weeks.The delivery driver was prompt and also very friendly, although did hand me the wrong set of screws, however after calling the store, they were able to quickly rectify and provide me with the right screws the same day!Thank You :)

Thank you so much Stuart for your wonderful professional service when purchasing my new mattress after 35 years. You respected my budget and showed me some great mattresses. I went with the Bodyguard Medium which I found extremely comfortable. It was delivered in 2 days as you had one in stock. Thank you to Greg who delivered my mattress who was wonderful as well, he even offered to take my old mattress outside. A very happy customer.

Extremely happy with our new bed and mattress. We got the soft plush sports remedial mattress and reiss floating frame in black butt. Aaron was wonderful at customer service and was able to show us the mattress he thought suited us straight away. I still had to try all of the other mattresses for fun and we ended up going back to the one he had suggested. The frame also arrived a month early as Aaron had to be lenient with predictions over Christmas. The delivery team were very efficient and professional both for the mattress and again for the frame which we had them put together and I’m glad we did as it saved us time and is very sturdy. Will be back to buy some matching furniture soon! Thanks for your help Aaron and also the other shop assistants who called and arranged for delivery. Definitely a high standard of products and customer service at Bevmarks.

We have purchased quite a few things here because the prices and range are great. Aaron is lovely to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and listens to our needs. He found us the perfect mattress a few months ago so we returned to purchase another from him. Will return again.
