Mona Vale Mazda Service Centre

Super impressed by the effort put in by the MV team. I had a few niggling noises and was out of warranty - they worked hard to work with Mazda itself to get parts and replace for free. Was fairly major work and they put in the effort to get it all resolved for me.

UNRELIABLE - Made my first booking for a service with Mazda Brookvale 6 weeks in advance. When I took the car in, they had lost the booking. First the guy at reception wanted to see proof of the booking. When I showed him the email, he said it was still my fault because I should have known that the booking was lost when I didn't get a phone call or a text the day before! All the while he didn't look up from his computer. At their sales outlet, Mazda Brookvale is all over customers like a rash. When it comes to servicing a vehicle, they clearly don't give a toss. With this attitude, how well are they going to service a car? I am not going to take that chance and will go back to John Newell Mazda in Alexandria, where I have always experienced reliable and friendly service.
