Apart from receiving new glasses when required, I have recently, on several occasions, sought help with eye lashes turning onto my eyes causing much discomfort. I was slotted in ASAP and the lovely optometrists have eased the problem for me

The optometrist was lovely and I felt that she listened to me and addressed any questions I had. When choosing the frame nothing was too much trouble the whole thing was a pleasant experience and I feel very happy with my selection, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, honestly the best service that I have every had in purchasing new glasses.

Having moved to the South Coast in recent years I was concerned about finding an Optometrist I would be happy with. The Staff of EyeQ at Vincentia have been wonderful, they are very professional and I did not feel rushed as I have done at other Optometrists. All of the staff are lovely and obliging and I would highly recommend them.
