Love this clinic. Georgie does my injectables, I’ve had forehead, crows feet done and lips filled. I had no top lip and just love results so far that I’m having another round next week. Georgie is so patient and caring. I always get a little nervous with needles and she is just wonderful. She listens and explains everything clearly to me. Also I have a serious neck issue which makes injecting difficult but Georgie works around my spasm and remains calm and collected. Sam has done my broken capillaries on face and Im very pleased with result thus far. I go back next week for second round of laser. I feel safe and secure going here. In general all staff are friendly and give great customer service. Thank you so much girls.

Don’t go here!!Receptionist has a real bad attitude and is extremely rude. Literally no customer service and acts like you’re an inconvenience.Eye rolls and micro aggressions the moment you walk in.I was told to be seated ready for my appointment and I waited, just for the nurse to tell me they aren’t going to do my appointment because I was 10 minutes late. I was 5 minutes late due to traffic I couldn’t control. Travelled over 40 minutes for the appointment.Could’ve easily been explained at reception and another appointment booked in, instead of wasting my time.

Awesome service from Daphne today, had a microdermabrasion and deep clean, will be back again in a few weeks, highly recommended.

It's super easy to be amazing at customer service when things are going great, but these staff absolutely amazed me at their cool, calm, collected and efficient management skills when they had a malfunction situation out of their control. They really made a horrible situation, a walk in the park.A special thanks to Jessica who had now done this on 2 occasions for me!The products speak for themselves, but the staff ❤️

I have been attending Australian Skin Clinics for over 4 years for various treatments and 2 solid years at Helensvale. The ladies at Helensvale are very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful! I recently met Georgie and couldn't be happier with my treatment and how I was treated. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you as always ladies ♥️

I called and made appointment for my RF treatment I bought online. They know I haven't had any consultation. The person on the phone instruct me to put local anaesthetic cream before coming in. So I turned up with local cream applied only to be told they cannot do this as I haven't had first consultation. They didn't bother calling me to inform this before the appointment. I let it slide anyway. I turned up for the actual treatment 2nd time. My appointment was on 13/5/2023 at 14:05. I arrived at 13:50 and checked in at the reception. I was told to wait. At 14:07 I went and enquired when treatment is starting. Then the technician was like oh I was about to call you. There was no customer service whatsoever. As if me being turning up for the appointment was a nuisance to them. The technician has very poor communication skills Such as she told me we are all done "

Sam was amazing! I had my first session of laser and she made me feel so comfortable, was gentle and thorough. She answered all my queries and went above and beyond with explaining all the details. It was such a great experience. Thank you once again Sam!

Georgia was absolutely amazing with my first lip filler. She listened to what i wanted and did them perfectly. So gentle, explained everything and settled my nerves. Extremely happy with my results. Also had my frown lines down, with ease. Highly recommend!
