Bought some Fox 2.0 for a LC200. The rebound is way too soft and is terrible when vehicle is loaded.Front springs also sagged an inch and the spring seat cant be adjusted further due to the risk of spring bind. In order to rectify, the springs need to be replaced and the shocks re-valved.Highly recommend doing some homework and not using them on any LC200.

Horrible products sold by a company that does not honour their warranties. Steer clear people….Update in response to owner:Definitely not the experience we had. If that were the case you wouldn't be rated at 2.5 stars... You guys are clearly doing something wrong and I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. If you want to sit there living in the delusion that you offer good customer service, I expect to see a lot more reviews like this one.

Very knowledgeable team with great products on offer. After fitting their springs and supplied Bilstein shocks in my 2015 N70 Hilux, we'd been travelling Aus for 6 months. Just before crossing the Simpson Desert we realized we could use an extra leaf in the rear. Called them up from the middle of the outback and they put in effort to get my parts flown out to Birdsville in time for us to depart on our intended date. Thanks guys!

Originally I left a positive 5 star review for my Bilstein platinum lift in an np300 nav. Unfortunately after around 3k-5k km the suspension has sagged over an inch and has become incredibly bouncy and harsh. I drive the same roads to work everyday and did so with stock suspension. The Bilstein plats are now terrible to the point I'll either go back to stock or install something new. I contacted caloffroad who want nothing to do with it and have just stopped replying to me.Very disappointing post sales service and very disappointing product. It's not cheap which is what makes it worse.

I put a 3” lift kit for a ford ranger and do know if it was your fault. For the amount I paid I was expecting better shocks and ride. They are over priced bilstein shocks and you guys took advantage of having early aftermarket products for new vehicle (it was just the bushes to be changed but they do not seem to be good pushes anyway. I can move/shack the rear shocks with my hand?I may change my review if I get convinced that the price and the product were correct.

I strongly discourage anybody considering purchasing from CalOffroad. They're unscrupulous and don't honour their warranties, despite their obligations under Australian Consumer Law. I purchased a Fox 2.0 suspension system for my Ford Ranger from them via 4WD World. The front coil overs were pre-built by CalOffroad and shipped to 4WD World's recommended installer, Total Traction in Belconnen. All nuts and bolts were checked at the time of installation, and then again at a 1000km health check. Gerald Slaven Ford also confirmed they completed the same checks four months later during major service. Despite this the top nut on the front coilover stripped from it's thread when traversing a small speedhump at a speed of around 20km per hour, resulting in a bent shaft and undrivable vehicle. This occurred 8 months after installation, well within their standard 12 month warranty period. After two weeks neither 4WD World or I have been unable to progress a warranty claim with CalOffroad despite multiple calls and emails. I've now had to lodge a claim with the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal in order to obtain a resolution. I hope CoolDrive did their due diligence before purchasing company. The 2.8 star Google rating would have been enough to turn away most investors.

Cal off-road’s lift kit is second to none... we in installed the Cal off-road Bilstein 3 inch lift kit to my 2018 Hilux Rogue and it’s amazing. Off-road it’s great and the diff drop kit brought the geometry back to stock. It handles great, isn’t rough or bouncy and frankly, anything but Bilstein is second rate. Cal’s parts were strong, fit perfectly and even look good.As for customer service, they put a lot of effort in. I highly recommend Cal off-road!!

Zero customer service ordered replacement ball joints through a local parts store they sent the wrong ball joints. Have left multiple msgs to there message bank with no call back. Ended up ordering another set from another company for a quarter of the price for price for the same product. Waste of money.

Placed an order for a lift kit over 3 months ago through a dealer of their products. Was first told all products were in stock, made full payment to secure them and then found out stock was an issue. I've been told the company changed owners or got taken over.. Been waiting patiently until now. Customer service zero. Still no information on when I will actually get my lift kit.
