Receptionist on 30/ 07/2022, was extremely rude to me, I had the appointment at 9.30 with sa pathology, I told her, but she ignored that and gave me waiting no. When my turn came after 45 min, I was guided we can't do test as its GTT test which requires booking, I advise I already had the booking at 9.30 but Receptionist was too rude to me she didn't even saw my form and ignore inspire me saying I have appointment but nurse at sa pathology was extremely good and polite and listened to me what happened and finally helped me.

We just been served by one of the rudest receptionist in this medical practice. We went there on a Saturday 23/04 for the first time standing waiting for a receptionist as the desk was unattended and we were rudely got asked “have you got an appointment” with not even saying hi or hello and acknowledging that we were there waiting. Then my partner that’s with me was told that she has to get out and wait outside even though there’s no one except us in the waiting area. I also decided to stand while waiting to be served and she told for me to sit down in a rude way. It was our first time there and we won’t be going back due the service provided by your rude receptionist.

I’ve called up on the phone previously to book an appointment and was rudely turned away.I walked in with a referral for SA Pathology my newborn in my arms and went up to the front desk ask I looked lost and to kindly ask for a mask as the mandate everywhere else for them is no longer required and with baby brain I just don’t carry one anymore. Font reception lived up to the phone call I had months prior looking for an appointment. They were really rude as I apologised for not having one. So packed the baby in the car again and will go get bloods taken elsewhere. Empathy goes a long way.

The doctors at this centre are fabulous, it would be 5 star but I’ve been really disappointed with the reception staff. I’ve been treated very rudely on the phone and hung up on mid-call a few times. I’m frequently at the centre because I have two small children and medical issues myself, and when I forgot my face mask once and asked if I could use one I was absolutely berated by staff, I was very upset. I’ve also had to wait an hour in the car for a car consult with a baby. I understand it’s not an easy job but that rudeness is really unfair when people aren’t well in the first place.

There are some new Doctors who are amazing and caring. Sam Davis is one of the greatest doctors I have ever had

Dr Mcleod. Cares about no one but himself. Was bearable until his lose and then horrible. Unprofessional, unethical, condescending artist. Made multiple mistakes with my health, basically adding to my problems. Try listening to patients. Remember then nursing home enquiry that I stated what goes on in nursing homes with the poor vulnerable elderly dying. You said, be pragmatic, it doesn't happen. Your actions are disgraceful.

Is it only medical practices that run half hour late and think that is acceptable? And don't bother to apologise for wasting your time waiting. And won't guarantee they can tell you if / if not the doctor is running on time if you call up to check?

Doctors here are largely fine. I have been attending this clinic for years and had some great doctors. Unfortunately a lot of them have been on 1 year contracts, which makes it harder to build a solid relationship of care.Most receptionists are perfectly fine, and can be firm but still polite. However, as other reviews have said, there is one person at reception who is always very unpleasant to deal with.I understand you have to deal with a lot of people and have firm boundaries, but she is constantly rude no matter how polite I try to be. Her attitude honestly makes me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.I don't like writing this review, because I know that she isn't going to magically change her personality. But maybe a little customer service or empathy training wouldn't hurt.

Thank you to Dr Mcleod for his professional and compassionate care of my late husband Peter. Dr Mcleod always made time for us and was there when we needed him. He is a thoughtful and caring doctor and we appreciate his support and care so much. Nurses Jane and Rachel are always willing to help and are a credit to your practice.

The receptionist I think Katie was her name was so rude, I was turned away and a other older gentleman for not wearing a mask. I was asked to buy a mask from the chemist near their facility. And then while I was waiting, the same receptionist gave the mask to some different patient in front me which I think is rude and so unprofessional. I was fasting for GTT test and so dizzy as it is. And she made my day worse.
