Overall I had a pleasant experience shopping at Families Jewellery Auburn and will definitely shop there again.

I’ve had the worst experience of my life by purchasing golds from them. FRAUDS and dodgers ! I bought golds from them for my partner as a birthday present and they resized the rings but after resizing the rings were damaged. Then I took them to fix but unfortunately they weren’t fixable. So long story short a few days after this tragedy I went to buy him another rings and guess what, the same rings weighing same grams but with different prices however the shocking part was that not a small amount of difference but $450 difference for each, meaning they had sold them extra $$$ for each gram of the gold. And no the gold price was the same. I fault was that I rushed into buying without checking the other golds stores. Always do yourself the favour of checking the prices from each gold stores doesn’t matter how much you know about the gold price, grams and all because at the end of the day they will make a fool of you. Stay away from them scammers.
