Ive been a sub contractor driver for Ontime Group for over a year now. I have been working a lot of weekends during my previous job but with Ontime Group I only work weekdays, a good change for me, more quality time with the family. The Management in Brisbane is so easy to deal with as well.

Great working environment with tons of flexibility allowed me to maintain my lifestyle which is hard to find in other companies these days. I have only been with Ontime Group for 6 months and I am so glad I made the move. It's the first time I've purchased a van and the entire management team have helped enormously to make the transition from an employee driver to contractor absolutely seemless. They treat their drivers with great respect and provide unlimited backup and support and I feel like part of the family.
