I ordered online from a state away and I was blown away by the customer service. I made a mistake with understanding the free postage and when I contacted them they were perfectly understanding. A couple of items needed substituting because the stock ran out, I was contacted and had the nicest chat with the dispatch fella. When my box came it was packed lovingly-yes lovingly, with little areas cordoned off, packing peanuts and each item was wrapped to ensure it wasn’t gonna break in transit. I even got a handwritten note and a little gift. If only every customer service experience was like this…These guys are so fabulous. I will be ordering from them again! Utility companies take note!

Terrific range of vegan, vegetarian, organic foods, fresh produce and toiletries. Not budget-priced, however.

The staff are super helpful and friendly here and they had a great selection of Gluten Free/Coeliac food over Christmas which was easy to order online then pick up the next day without any hassle. Great supermarket with excellent layout and a huge variety of Organic cheeses meats and produce which is always very fresh and tempting. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food and there’s also a great health care area with organic and natural cosmetics etc..I definitely recommend a visit if you haven’t been, you will love this place.

Grear amount fo product choices, and there is always something new to discover. Very pricey, the staff man there is following closely all the customers within the shop and monitors every gesture of the client. You feel like being more a potential shop lifter than a client.The naturopath is very friendly and loves to guide you with perfect advices and tips.This is a great place to shop from time to time.

This is where we buy the best gluten free pasta, Bia-glut from. Getting it from Victoria to Queensland, in reasonable time, is a challenge for Australia Post though.

I highly recommend Sunnybrook Health Store. Their customer service is exceptional, as well as their products. We don’t live close by but their online order and dispatch is so quick and easy. Very happy to support this business.

Not very friendly staff, good variety of stock -especially gf, vegan etc. Most of it is very pricey compared to other health food stores
