Took my mum here a few months ago, after decades of terrible dentures. Jane Dumitru (Dental Prosthetist) is incredibly experienced and kind with all her patients. Jane asks loads of specific questions to get the right fit and seems to know just the right adjustment to get a good bite, a good fit and preserve existing teeth.Mum needed a complete refit, top and bottom and came away from a dozen appointments with especially tailored, properly designed and comfortable dentures. We can’t believe we hadn’t sought out Jane earlier!She’ll be able to eat nuts, chew food without worrying about chipping her dentures.Jane has loads of experience working with older people (and younger denture wearers), and was great allowing me to feel at ease translating for Mum.Jane makes the dentures in her own lab - so you’re working directly with the maker of the dentures. She takes an impression of your mouth, makes a wax version of your new dentures for a fitting, makes the proper version for a final fitting, then gives post-fitting support as needed.She teaches half the week at a uni and a dental college. She takes a patient-first approach, explains everything so readily & clearly so we can make good decisions with Mum.
