My partner has dental surgery coming up, swollen mouth, can’t eat.. we were given prescription medication (pain killers) to take if needed. The man behind prescription counter on night shift 29/01/2023 was very rude, did not acknowledge us at all upon arrival. Proceeds to tell us there would be a 15 minute wait as he’d had to “call to confirm” our prescription but then proceeded to serve 10+ customers to their prescriptions with no “calls of confirmation”.I felt very discriminated against being the only brown people in the store and being the only people that needed confirmation for a script. Based upon other reviews I can see this isn’t the first time discrimination has been a problem in this facility.Definitely won’t be back, the service behind the prescription counter is absolutely disgusting. Learn how to treat people equally, it’s quite simple.

ABSOLUTLEY NO CONCEPT OF PRIVACY! Full names and prescriptions yelled out loud enough for all customers to hear. Not to mention the judgment, discrimination and aggression of the well past retirement, bitter old chap running the show, service varies on how you look, what you are wearing, and on occasion, scripts will be changed or refused as seen fit, even those where they are prescribed by a specialist. One of the most invasive, rude and embarrassing experiences I have ever had, after a number of years of beautiful service at Priceline in Mittagong, I was mortified to find such treatment when I came to Bowral

Not very helpful. Three women behind counter poker faced. Saw me struggling with my trolley with $200 worth of products they didn't offer to help.

A late afternoon phone call on a public holiday. I didn’t expect anyone to answer but someone did and despite being closed when the employee heard I needed baby Nurofen, he opened for me to get it. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Had an exceptional experience with the help of pharmacist Bruce today. They didn't have what I needed and rather than send me away empty handed, Bruce asked one of the team to duck over to a nearby chemist to get what I needed. He then gave some excellent and empathic advice. Thanks Bruce!

Went in with a script for asthma preventionPuffer which i got from the hospital 10min before and my pension card to which I was told they couldn't verify something now and put up with it tonight and go see my gp tomorrow which will be Sunday for Asthma preventative. All the pharmacist would have had to do is ring the hospital to verify what it was 100%,disgusting.

As an epileptic sufferer with the DSP I've just gotten badly mistreated by the staff on 15th of May. Bruce has been asked me the same nosey question again and again about where abouts do I work he's been doing that for 2 to 3 years now that I've had to spit this all out. I don't work because I'm epileptic and I have a disability. I'm not highly qualified, experienced and well fitted because my medical condition is too highly serious that I'm highly unable to operate any kinds of machineries because of my Epilepsy. Bruce has suddenly become mad and starts criticising and says in a discriminative attitude is you know you have to pay for that." And I said "I'm highly willing to pay for it." including the staff as well and lastly they double charged me for the Canesten to treat my UTI and left the box unlabelled too on purpose too. I went back over to Priceline pharmacy again yesterday to get the savacol mouthwash and the lady and the staff still gives me the same treatments as Monday 15th May. I'm not going back there ever again. The staff is very rude nowadays. Worst kind of discrimination. Never again I'll never go back there no more."

Rapid Antigen tests $75 for five. Blooms in Mittagong are just over $50 for 5. I think they are price gouging which is just not on in these Covid times.Me for one won’t go to Priceline again. V disappointing!
