Highly recommend Tom and the Bayair team! They replaced a faulty Air Conditioning Unit and put up with my little sausage dog’s non stop barking (for which I apologise). Will definitely be using Bayair again for any future issues/repairs.

My 10 year old Daikin airconditioner developed a leak and we call Bayair, in early March. After an inspection, a replacement was recommended. The quotation was received, simple instructions followed. The replacement was done on 21 March. The workers were punctual, courteous and reliable. Took nearly three hours to install the split system. They even cleared up afterwards and the unit has been working satisfactorily. Recommend Bayair to anyone in need of help in aircon.

Great customer experience from start to finish, I recommend Bayair Electrical. Organising an onsite quote was easy and Tom turned up on time and explained the options and the process. Competitive quote arrived on time as promised. Booking job in was also easy with Masha and I was kept up to date with ordering of the unit prior to the job. The team turned up on time and were very clean and tidy even laying drop sheets up the stairs and other carpeted areas. I was walked through all aspects of the job prior to it starting, kept up to date during it and then shown how to use the unit after it was installed. I had ducted split system installed in April 2022, & have had the pleasure of heating and cooling at my fingertips ever since. Tom and his team were great in replacing two split system air conditioners that have the outdoor units installed on a historical registered apartment building roof - the crane lift was expertly done. Their overall quote for what was required was the best as was their work that they did expertly, efficiently and neatly. A very respectful team and great to deal with, including the office staff.
