Wasn’t a huge fan of this place to start with but decided to drop in on the way home from Bunnings, what a mistake. My cali burrito was okay, nothing special but not terrible. I took a bite near the bottom and felt an almighty crunch. My girlfriend heard a crack and asked what it was. Turns out there was a small rock inside by burrito! I’m glad I didn’t chip my tooth or I would be extremely upset. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Dined in for lunch on Sunday. Service was quick and friendly. Place was not too packed. Food came out fast. Tasted fresh and delicious. There was however multiple mixed up on the order. Something that the team could imptoved upon as we had to do multiple trip back to the counter. Issue quickly rectified by giving the correct food for free. Thank you!

Nice Mexican food outlet in Westfield Carousel area!It is like a Fast Food chain operations, so the staffs were very fast and busy. Staffs were very attentive but some did not have that great product knowledge so I could not make any special requests.Ambience was nice because there's outdoor and indoor space for dining, and it has drive through lane also for quick orders from vehicles.Price is around average, but unfortunately they emptied the Salsa and Sauce station (the label was there but no salsas?). I tried their Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl with extra Guacamole and it was very good. The Spiciness and Flavors were outstanding! (Guacamole tasted amazing with some Onion relish)They have a special Margarita & Lemonade too! (with alcohol)The recipe was just amazing that everything we had with sour, spicy, salty, sweet taste were all balanced.

I generally like the atmosphere of the place, but why, oh why, in winter can't we keep the front door closed? Being warm and cozy while eating Mexican food in winter..... Sounds good to me.... But everyone is huddled up with big jumpers and jackets on.....

The food cold and also the chips and i think not worth it, and i never eat cold chips before, i asked the waiter in polite way to warm our food and they bringing same cold foods again and we havent eating all of them. Never come back. God bless..

One taco with no filling, and another with cheese when I selected no cheese. If you choose to add coriander, be ready for just one leaf somewhere in there. This place is consistently bad every time. The food is always badly prepared or straight up wrong. The staff look miserable to be there and miserable to serve you. GYG food could be so great, but the management and staff here are clearly terrible.

After telling my partner this place was great, we arrived, the Indian girl at the counter couldn't understand a thing we said even though I had a very basic order, I asked to be able to speak to someone else who can understand me better, she did nothing, order was all wrong, and another staff member intervened, i asked if i could order with her as we seem to be having communication issues, she looked at me with annoyance, and retook my order, went to sit at an available table, it was cleared but dirty, we cleaned it ourselves, one staff member was on break sitting on his phone, he was yelled at by another staff member that he needs to get permission for breaks and not just take them, not looking good, wait was long, staff was all young and looked like they didn't really know what they wasDoing, the girl who had trouble understanding us gave us our food, it was wrong my pork taco was freezing cold, and there was no cheese on the nacho fries, and was freezing cold..even the fries! he ordered a queso dip too but was not given one, he had to go up again and wait in line to see what was going on, not impressed at all, the girl that retook our order gave him his dip with attitude, but its an utter sh*t show! All staff look barely 14, do not look interested at all in being here and didn't seem to care when orders were wrong, ..place needed a good clean, no cleaning in between customers, really unimpressed! Get your act together,, hire some enthusiastic adults, there's so many out there wanting a job and its frustrating to see such uneducated and rude people all in one building letting the company's reputation down.

Fast and cheap Very important is tasty so why not. I am crazy about this chili sauce.I have been a lot of different places Guzman lol. But never Reviewed.
