Impressed. I didn't go in with high hopes after reading reviews, but their meal deal lured us in. $25 for any meal with a drink included ... we both got 300 gm steak and both were cooked perfectly medium rare. Was ready in about 15 mins. Veges were a bit plain, but what do you expect for the price. Atmosphere was good with live acoustic music.

Manager not happy with how our meal looked so recooked with yet another free drink. Delivered to table himself in a very short time. Great meal. He is an awesome employee. I hope very valued by management. On the downside tables a bit sticky and toilets need a revamp.

My family and I had food there. Meal Deal now $25....jumped heaps in price from 6 months ago. The calamari and steak were excellent. The kids spaghetti bog was only just edible. How can you mess up a spaghetti bog? The salad dressing was awful which was a real shame after the steak and calamari being so good. I did tell the chef and he went off to check it but we got zero feedback. I guess as it's a transient in town they don't care. There was also a pool of water in front of the games machines which I almost went down in. The place felt and looked like it needed a good scrub. Really sticky and grotty.

Honestly food was very disappointing. T-bone steak had so much grizzle in it. See attached photo. Won't be back there for a meal again.

Their meal specials with a glass of wine, beer or cider is excellent value for money the break came out very quickly and was really nice.

Came for lunch at 2.20pm & got the $25 meal deal including a drink. Advertised as lunch 12-3pm but the staff packed up at 2.30pm & turned people away. Chicken parma was pretty good, huge size. The t bone had a lot of grizzle & was a little overcooked. Unfortunately it was really hot as it's semi outdoors, there were some fans but not all were turned on & no AC. Thought we were going inside to escape the heat for lunch, but ended up being just as hot. The place needs a deep clean & refurb to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the area. Sticky tables & dirt everywhere.

Absolutely ashamed to be an Australian when we went to this bar with some British backpackers and were treated in such an unprofessional manner.Firstly the Manager was sprucing at the door offering happy hour" at 10pm to then be told by the bar staff that hasn't happened for 1.5yrs.When one of us approached the Manager about it

We have already been there twice during our stay! It is such a great value! The food was good especially for that price. The service was extraordinary! I had the steak and it was a bit raw for me. So I asked to cook a bit more. Not only they cooked the steak but also refilled my chips and gravy! We would definitely come back again! Strongly recommend!

Not a fan, Beaches Bar & Grill used to be the place to go for a cheap steak. $25 for a chewy steak and frozen veg. I understand that you gotta keep up with the thymes but if your going to be charging that you need to up your game! A good place to go for groups after tours, good for a game of pool, but dont eat here.

This place waters down their beers and charge $10 a schooner. We politely said that it didn’t look or taste right and the bar staff just questioned us and lied. We went to Magnums straight after and brought the same drinks and they were noticeably different… and cheaper! Avoid!!
