DO NOT USE THEMYou will need to hire a new company to come clean your place after.Because of them, I didn’t get my whole bond back!!! As I didn’t have enough time to find someone else to do the job properly, I just handed in my keys to my realestate knowing that it wasn’t in acceptable condition.If you need someone to just wipe your benches and vacuum... sure, they might be ok.But they clearly don’t know how to do any end of lease clean...Even though I sent them the list from my real estate company, When they came they were clueless.The only cleaning supplies they had was a bucket with some Aldi sprays.I literally could have done what they did myself, I was expecting them to be a bit more professional,I also specifically told them I need steam cleaning done, but when the ladies came they said they don’t have the machine for it, and they can use towel to rub the carpet...I was so stressed I just accepted it and just going to let my realestate charge me from my bond.This company is a waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERSI booked an end of lease clean for my 2 bedroom townhouse and as I was moving interstate, organised the owner of the property to let the cleaners into the house.They arrived at 9.30am and sat out the front of the property until their 10.30am start, despite the owner saying they could come in early and start.When they entered the house, they asked the owner if he had any cleaning products as “they had left theirs at home”. It was a vacant property and therefore no products left, but what sort of company comes to a job with no cleaning products, they did not have a broom or a step ladder to reach the hard to reach spots.They then went off to buy some products and came back over an hour later at 11.40am. They headed upstairs and commenced cleaning.Unaware of any of this I received a call from Hen at the company at 12.40pm saying that the job was nearly complete and payment needed to be made. She said that there would be an extra $20 charge as they had to get on a ladder (which was supplied by the owner) and this was not in the original quote. In good faith I paid the extra $20.An hour later I received a call and said that they needed to charge me another $150 (original quote was $180) as there was more work involved than they had quoted.I contacted the owner who said they had not even cleaned half the house and only completed one bedroom and bathroom and had not started until way after the start time and with no productsI refused to pay any extra and Hen, became extremely rude when we had called her out for lying. My partner got on the phone to try and reason with her and she became even more aggressively rude and accused me of lying about what job I had requested but he was with me when we got the quote and committed to the job.In the end we had to ask the cleaners to leave, having only completed about 20% of the actual job and needing to pay for another cleaner to go in so we could get our bond back.The Estate Agent completed their final inspection with it not being cleaned. She reported back that the actual cleaning that had been completed was a very poor job as well.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
