horrible service. Wasn’t happy with the way I was spoken to and the customer service was appalling. Why do all KFC workers have horrible mannerisms and cannot speak loud enough for even snails to hear them. My order was practically thrown at me and I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the serve. Will not be back.

Needs to clean there deep-frier more often sick of getting really dark wings and the patty's get up really dark and greasy when the frier isn't changed enough

1st time visit, we walked out because service took too long and 3 subsequent times our orders have been wrong.Tonight 1 burger was missing from feast when order was handed over.Then when burger was made it came with lettuce when specifying in order NO LETTUCE.After having to wait again for a 3rd time, we got home only to find no sauces were added for nuggets.Staff too youngService too slowCustomer retention non existentWorst service on the Gold CoastWe WONT be back!

My review was removed apparently.The food that was touched by the children wasn't acceptable nor was the child eating customers food.The manager accused me of being rude because I stood up for myself!This is the worst establishment I've attended for what is supposedly fast food.Uber eats will get your food to you faster, if it's not coming from this particular KFC.

So disappointing!!Kentucky Dried Chicken.We have visited twice and both times the fried chicken was very, very dry.Our last visit, at 6.45pm , the chicken was so dried out , I thought the little tiny drumstick was chicken jerky, considering it was dinner time, why would you serve lunch time chook?Add insult to injury , the children who work the drive through have the customer service skills of dead slugs, and appear they dont want to be there, and they dont want to serve the customers in manner befitting of a food service chain.You cannot run a food service business with poor service and even poorer product.For nearly $50 worth a food, I will choose spend my $ elsewhere.

Don’t order a gravy. It was half full. Total rip-off. As was the potato and gravy. Not okay. Won’t be going back.

Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here because this is the best KFC around for the next 50 km! Amazing fast service and cheerful employees! Have had almost everything at this KFC and it has all been top notch. Everyone says the staff have no energy but it sounds like they are more describing the pines KFC. The food has always been fresh and with all brand new friers and cook tops make everything taste so much better. This will always be my go to KFC from now on
