OCTEC Employment Service

I have had very poor dealings with this organisation. They have issues with information privacy and requests to correct information. They fail to follow through on commitments for months. Beware getting your information into their system because there seems to be no way to get it removed or corrected later.

I have had nothing but a positive experience consulting with OCTEC. They suggest great paths for employment and leave you with enough breathing room to make your own success. Have been very patient with me, would recommend.

To whom is looking after my son Benjamin Rossi, I have put in a complaint regarding your ethics 1 your not to tell my son to go to counselling regarding me and to move out of my house and go looking for a new house as im the carer for Benjamin, 2 the only job you have is to find him a jobNot be counsellor towards my son and especially not interfere with personal matters at home....This is why im addressing this matter on open forum it needs to be heard , because your work agents are playing psychologist and they should be getting my son a job not telling him to leave homeI already put a complaint in the department of work and work place relationsThis is why I reviewed this on google mapsBecause this isn't proper protocolI still might bring this mater to VCAT....
