I would strongly advise anyone considering NOT to use this company!I had a stressful experience from start to finish.The ironic thing is, that I didn’t feel “coached” at all. I actually felt at times discouraged to ask questions and reach out.I only lasted two months and that was quite enough time to gain a true understanding of how un-important my business was to Tim and his team.They claim their speciality is web-traffic and Google ads. I’ve now run my Ads for one month after Traffic Coach with ZERO sales, leads, emails etc etc…Listed below are a few of the issues I came up against-⁃ Different people logging into my accounts from multiple countries⁃ Spelling mistakes and poor use of English⁃ Poor communication⁃ No deadlines given⁃ Emails not answered⁃ Budget service⁃ Google ads copy poorly written, not relevant to my business⁃ Absolutely shocking design ability (you should see the logo they came up with)⁃ Briefs not met⁃ Misleading information⁃ Brand Upgrade, which I never received⁃ Lack of customer service & care⁃ 15 minute phone calls were not booked as stated⁃ No itinerary of work listed in a schedule⁃ Lack of trust and dishonest with services⁃ Re-checking other peoples work (live web copy)The reviews for this company on Google I don’t believe for myself. These easily could have been written by someone paid, as they just don’t match my experience…One in particular, mentions being Dyslexic. This was one of my needs when I briefed Tim. That I needed special attention towards spelling and grammar. Little did I know I was in for a shock. There ended up being more mistakes than I would have originally made myself…Budget was an issue-I was told by Tim initially that my budget wouldn’t be an issue, I was really sold a service and product that would greatly increase my business growth. It became apparent later on that I was less important and that the service I had signed up for was as budget as they come.Google Ads copy-The Ads copy was terrible. Poorly written, spelling mistakes and not relevant to my business. The process took a further few weeks to get right. Resulting in me losing time and money.I ended up re-checking their work and the Google Ads copy as there was selling mistakes and poor use of English. This process ultimately became very stressful for me, as the poorly written copy would be going live on the internet. Making me look like a fool.Local team?I was under the impression first off that the “team” was all located in Brisbane as stated.It soon became apparent that was not the case, after someone had logged in from the Phillipines, then Pakistan & Japan.I was never told to expect this. I confronted Tim on this and asked if that was his team that had just logged in? Which it was…Brand upgrade? More like Brand down-grade…This was something I didn’t really want in the first place, but Tim insisted that it was needed. Included was a new website/ logo and other social media bits.They did the site, with my direction. After asking where the rest was as I wasn’t given a timeline on this. Eventually someone sent me the new “upgraded” logo. And honestly a child could have done better while riding a bike. It was an absolute joke.I would not trust this company with anything design related. They should not even be touching people’s creative / design side of business.I am a small business where every penny counts. I trusted Traffic Coach, but ultimately they failed me and I am left out of pocked financially.Traffic Coach confidently states, “don’t get results in 3 months and we’re work for free”.I actually couldn’t wait 3 months. It was too stressful and to be totally honest I don’t think I would get my money back.
