We had very bad experiences renting through this Agent. What they said was unbelievable. If you are renting through them, make sure all evidence or promises are recorded in writing or recorded to avoid denial from them later.They really don't have good services and can't help you with anything while you live in the property you are renting.

Very bad service and unprofessional. Our house was not cleaned and repaired after the previous tenant left. They also did not return the carpet steamer to us. The wall was already damaged before but they made us pay the repair fee.If you want to rent through this agent, please take a moment to consider other options to avoid problems later with this agent.We paid hundreds of dollars for what we shouldn't have paid.

I got delay on Saturday to inspect a house located in Millswood. I reached out Phillipa over the phone to let her know, on a rude way she saw me arriving as she was closing the main gate and just ignored me. Such a bad way to treat someone else. It seems as the market keeps growing and more people struggling to find a house, the real agents forget how to behave.
