Hi my name Dang Dung Chi, I have big problems with my asthma I hardly breathe, soon the ambulance take me to Northern Health in Epping, every staff’s here help me with all professions job from their heart, and now I’m getting better. Waited an hour for drive through Covid testing due to lack of medical staff on hand. Received a call from Northern Health later in the day saying there was an error with their lab testing and that I'd have to go back in and get retested.Seriously, what kind of operation are you running??? You're supposed to be medical professionals!What a waste of my precious time, not good enough!!!!!

Northern hospital staff are mostly great. Short stay unit left a bit to be desired especially the Dr that took 3 hours to give me CT results that had been available for 2.5 hours. I wasn't happy

cant give them less than 1 star ,I had cyst surgery on 11th May, Jasper the nurse was rude and did not gave me any dressing related material which i can use, when i met my GP my GP was shocked to know I was not even asked to take antibiotics for a 3.5cm deep surgery

Prior to Covid and despite the not altogether underserved reputation this hospital used to function. I attended the emergency department on the 11/04/22 with worsening abdominal pain and diaphoresis. The hospital cares more about a rapid antigen test then actually providing any flow to triage patients. In two hours I had my temperature and pulse manually checked once on entry. I decided to leave and take my chances with a gp. As a critical care nurse I can understand hospitals are stretched even more so with Covid, but when did all clinical practice standards come null and void?, the community deserves better.

Find lot off the nurse are good and Doctor's, but some doctor's I wonder how they got there diploma?? Had many doctors kidneys say and paramedics say my back pain is caused by my kidneys, which triggered my chest pains and caused a minor heartattack. But one kidney doctor says kidneys can't cause back pain? I ask him u sure cause Other doctor's say different, he says they don't cause back pain. Hahaha, even my GP and Other kidneys specialist say they do cause back pain, if you have kidney stones you you get back pain, I had to google it to see who telling me the truth. Shame that kidney specialist should not be working. There.

Went through emergency for a child of mine, it was very busy as expected, we were fairly quickly able to move to the children's waiting area, the whole process of being seen by a doctor took about 4 hours.

Disgusting service at emergency, dads having heart attack symptoms, they were more worried about covid symptoms and didn't bother checking my dad. Guy cut his arm bleeding told to go and wait in line. There's no priority let alone empathy from staff.
