No sense of customer service. Wife bought me a large glass dispensing bottle on the friday for my birthday. I opened it on the Friday (my birthday), Went to rinse it out on the Friday night to use it and noticed water was leaking from the bottom in a hairline crack.Attempted to return the item (was only $13 on special) on the saturday and was asked to wait around for the manage who never came. attempted again on the sunday, and was told again to wait around for the manager who again never appeared.We ended up leaving the bottle there, and walking away as the bottle is useless with a hairline fracture in the bottom and $13 is not worth waiting around for hours and making several attempts to return it.Very disappointing birthday present.

My favourite shop. So many ideas and lovely things. Contrary to other revues, I have always found the customer service to be excellent.

Worst customer service by the MALE shop keeper in my 18years in Australia.The product I was after didnt have the pricetag and he without me asking about the price, said that it is $369.00.Same product at Freedom, Adairs and the Gift shop is $199.00. I asked him to scan it and he didnt do it. When I said it is quite expensive, and what other shop's price is- he said,ok thankyou" and walked away. How RUDE!Then the other product I was looking he again said without me asking that it is $89. Very rude attitude again...I ended up buying the same product from Freedom and shared my experience with them. The product he was claiming to be for $369.00
