Couldn’t fault Michael from XO accounting. The ease from making bookings online, reminder of what to bring to the virtual appointment, his questions and speed in which he processed our tax and depreciation schedule was fantastic. We will be back next year.

A few years ago approached XO accounting to look after my tax returns and during that period I have built a strong Rapport with the team, mainly with Simon and Michael. They took the time to look after my books. not only did they provide me and my family with a 360 degree solution, they manged to look after us debt consolidation and streamlining funds to set us up to a road map of having an investment property. This also included Steve's great service too. If there is one accounting firm that you need to pay a visit to, it would be XO accounting. XO Accounting team was brilliant extremely helpful and very honest account team particularly George was very friendly honest and reliable person. I personally recommend XO a counting team for your business and personal tax return. I found a lot of doggy accounts but this XO was the best.

Worst experience ever. Had my info for 2 weeks without processing my claim. I have queries on my tax return and have left at least 4 messages and no one returns my calls. Won't ever use them again.

Left them after receiving a warning letter from ATO due their tardiness and their unannounced doubling + of fees. Now 2 yrs later they say they found some unauthorised document copies. They refused to post/courier back to me, stating I had to arrange myself or drive 100k + during the pandemic to collect. Also rec’d this from them “ I have found a lot of copies for other superannuation funds.......mistakes do get made and things can get left behind “Didn’t feel there’s any fiduciary duty or competence. I get a much better service for around 1/3 or their fees. Shop around!

Michael and the team at XO are very helpful and knowledgeable, they are very responsive to our needs.We have already referred potential clients and we will continue to do so.

I'm really happy with the service given by Cliff Stride in regards timeliness and quality. A difficulty with signing on Xero was easily overcome with sending through a PDF for printing, signature, scan and return. Very happy to recommend.
