Awesome service from very experienced staff - best place to go around the area for running shoes

Great store and service came here 30mins before closing and greeted straight away by mikayla (sorry if the spelling is wrong) asked if we need help, told her that my partner and I needed new running shoes. Got fitted, went to the back and grabbed us a few options even got me some wide fit ones which has always been a problem. Tried them on bought the ones we liked and have loved the shoes so far. Thanks

Sota was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable! A great experience with great tips and tricks to improve my running. Amazingly great value. Would recommend! Only thing they need is a treadmill to give the shoes a bit more of a go.

Bought a new pair of runners from here yesterday. Best shopping experience I've ever had. The guy who helped me (he had medium long hair) was super knowledgeable on the products and which types suit which sort of running. Will definitively be buying all my running shoes from here now.

Genuine, knowledgeable customer service that was so helpful when learning about running. PACE gives back to the local community with running groups and special events, and they stock the best gear with surprisingly good prices - have been a very pleased customer. Thanks!

Mitzu and Sammy are super helpful and knowledgeable. I went there to find shoes to help my plantar fasciitis and walked out with the right shoes and also some socks to support the plantar fascia.

Had a wonderful experience when buying two pairs of runners. Celine was very knowledgeable and matched me with shoes that suited my injuries. All the staff were so friendly - all together a 5 star customer experience.

I have been to Pace before and had generally pleasant experiences, however this left me feeling a bit down.I bought some shoes at the Balmain store, however on the way home I quickly regretted my purchase and went to the Crows Nest store to try and refund them. I know Pace has a strict refund policy but I thought I might try my luck as they were purchased only 30 minutes ago. The Balmain store person and the Crows Nest store person both agreed to give me a refund as I had purchased the shoes so recently. As my refund was being processed, a different store person (the Crows Nest store manager, I believe) came over to process the rest of the refund and take over. This is where the troubles began…It was clear he didn’t want to give me a refund. He seemed suspicious of me, and began interrogating me again about why I wanted a refund. He then called back the Balmain store person to try and confirm why I was getting a refund. After the situation was explained to him several times, he agreed to give me a refund.However, he continued to be quite mean to me about it, saying things like “you need to think more about your purchases in the future”, “dont come back here again thinking you can just get a refund”, “I’ve never spent $300 on something and then changed my mind, how could you??”, “we have not given refunds to people a lot more deserving than you!”, “if it was up to me I wouldn’t give you a refund”, all said quite meanly.I really do appreciate Pace giving me a refund for the shoes, however the way this manager acted toward me was mean, confrontational, and chiding, and overall left me feeling quite down.
