The team at best buys were friendly enough and accommodated for me. I had been given a time and date to pick up the car but upon getting there it had not been washed, or vacuumed inside. The car I purchased went in for a road worthy which returned with a $4,900 bill to repair road worthy items such as brake discs under size, bent suspension and cracked rims. I tried to contact the salesman I purchased off with no return call. Have now seen the news articles and understand why…

Just picked up our new Fortuner. From the time we walked in 4 days ago to have a look at the car we wanted, to picking up the keys today, we experienced nothing short of perfect service - even making the finance process stress free. Can’t thank Alex, Donna and the rest of the team enough for making it such a simple and easy buying experience. Can’t wait to come back and purchase off them again in the future.

The day I went to look at a car that I was interested in the weather turned bad and began pouring heavy rain. I was a bit concerned about being able to look over the car in this weather, but as it turned out it wasn't going to be a problem. The guys moved the car undercover, wiped it down and I was able to take my time and check it over properly. No pressure to hurry. Also took it for a test drive in the rain which was the ideal conditions to test a Subaru Outback.All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. I found the whole experience very enjoyable and fun, and felt I was treated like a VIP. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the guys at Best Buy Autos.As a side note, their car yard is a lot LARGER than it looks on the internet.

Ali was easy and a pleasure to deal with. He has extensive car knowledge and you can tell he has been in the industry for a long time. Best selection of cars, it is easy to fall in love with their high end cars but Ali kept us focused on what we needed not what we wanted. Could've easily upsold but didn't.
