Hearing Australia Broadmeadows

Cannot call this place nobody answers the phone left a msg and still nobody calls, tried to call 5 times. . Reason I had to call on behalf of my 81 year old vision impaired mother. Have appt scheduled 8.30am Tuesday 18/2/2020, have been waiting 3 weeks to get her hearing aid fixed you send my mother a text msg to reschedule the appt she is vision impaired and you have been told. How about calling her I am sure she can hear you from her one hearing aid that is working. I want my mother called to have a new appointment at 8.30am any day, seems like google review is the only way to get action and I want an apology for her.Well my mum did have the appointment today and I changed my review from a 1 to a 5 for the service my mum received. This outlet has nothing to do with the number you call they told me it’s a Sydney number ? I told them nobody answers the phone and nobody rings you back. The audiologist Selcan I think her name was, was so caring and attended to mum so well she needs to be commended. The ladies at the front desk are lovely too. I have their direct number if I need them. Thank you

They are thorough with testing. I just wish they sent me to the eye and ear hospital when they knew my hearing wasn’t good instead of telling me to go to GP for referral for ENT. Time was majorly important yet I didn’t know that but they would have known.

Worst to be bad customer service i had no reminder of my appointment didint where it was placed as in the shopping Center!!!I have been running around headless the mon i call them they have told me im too late they have 30min and thay can not helpMe this is absolutely disappointing service.My son has a mass hearing issue plus making him walk all this time for 20min and not getting excepted!!!!!I would not recommend this place at all

My 92yo mum has been a patient of Hearing Australia -Broadmeadows for over 15 years. She is very happy coming to this place for hearing checks, replacement of hearing aids, etcToday, after an hour appointment, she walked out feeling refreshed with a pair of excellent hearing aids.During the testing, Dashani (Audiologist) asked mum to repeat sentences and her score was unbelievable! Clear as crystal!Reception staff (My) is also welcoming, either on the phone or in person - a real delight.I recommend this Centre to all hearing-impaired persons who wish to improve their quality of life. Communication (hearing, listening, speaking) is the key to a long and happy life!

The staff were caring, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hearing Australia Broadmeadows.

over here it says it's open and when called they answers but then when try to book in an appointment they says that they are closed. lol

The team at Hearing Australia Broadmeadows are fabulous. Extremely helpful and generous with their time in helping me with my Mum's hearing aides. Highly recommended.

Have nothing to complain about, always received great service and assistance when ever I had to deal with them, nothing is too much trouble for these people.
