No staff around had to unload our returns of very heavy timber. Also had to find and load all our new timber after entering the office to pay and tell them what i had returned they told me everyone is off sick.

Guys in the timber yard are super helpful and friendly at all times, but the office staff wouldn't crack a smile if you paid them....oh hang on, I was paying them! They're just rude, and obviously should find a job away from the public if they hate it that much.

Fantastic service, taking the time to discuss options with us, and even showed us how to tie down a difficult load. The customer service provided by the trade team during our visit means that this store will always be our first choice rather than Bunnings in future.

I prefer this place for service than bunnings, yes i know bunnings has snags but thats not enough to get me back..but I will admit I do go past bunnings without going in just for a snag..
