Shimmying Flames Belly Dance

I have been dancing with Ros at Shimmying Flames for 15 years .It has been a wonderful experience with a great teacher who is experienced , encouraging and most of all fun . I have met some wonderful women and made some lovely friends which shows how much this is a friendly group with no egos. The costumes are beautiful , the accessories full of bling and Ros s choreography is the best . I would encourage any girl or woman to come and have a go at Belly dancing at Shimmying Flames . We are all shapes , sizes and ages groups with no judgment allowed . Come and have some fun and a bit of relaxing exercise and be a bit surprised by how much you enjoy Belly dancing .
