Dumpling Delish - Ferntree Gully
Possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had.The mongolian beef had the texture of stewed rather than stir fried and the sauce was a salty gelatinous mess. The fried rice was steamed rice with some peas, chicken and a miniscule amount of fried egg. No flavour at all.Do not order from here.

Great dumplings! Could have a bit more flavour but enjoyable regardless. Menu descriptions are a tad misleading.. you’d expect crispy chicken to be crispy but it’s so consumed by the sauce, by the time you eat it’s seeped right through. Mongolian noodles are great! Combinations crispy noodles were strange and extremely hard to eat. Wasn’t sure how to plate it and there were only two prawns in the entire dish. Overall, we will come back.

Food was poor. Spinach and pumpkin dumplings contained no spinach, spicy salt and pepper calamari was not spicy and was deep fried to hell, pork dumplings were okay but probably still below par. I believe we incorrectly received vegetarian spring rolls despite ordering satay chicken (unless they are just very bad). Whatever spring rolls we received were bland.Despite eating in, everything was as if we were eating takeaway. No plates or bowls were available so we ate over napkins on the table. Sauce came in a small takeaway container ( one small sauce for 14 dumplings, not enough ).Pictures on the website are absolutely not from this same restaurant.

Used to be one of my favourite restaurants, however it seems to have switched owners multiple times and has steadily gone downhill. Now you will pay more money for smaller quantities and lower quality.

Dumplings had hair on them, undercooked, prawn shell in them and tasted revolting. Got sick afterwards, would highly recommend not coming here. I vomited everywhere.

Poor food, not a good dining experience.I have eaten here before and don't remember *not enjoying* the food this much.The tables are sticky.Air ventilation is poor. It's not a particularly hot day but they need the door open and a cheap fan running in the corner.We had Singapore noodles and dumplings. The noodles were just ok. The dumplings were undercooked. We sent them back and what we got back was even worse.We had to ask for soy sauce. There were no condiments available without asking and I could only see little plastic tubs of soy sauce, nothing else.Food is relatively cheap and service was fast. Staff were not friendly.

Love this place. The food is sensational and incredible value. The service is very quick if you want to grab something on the way through and they are happy to modify dishes eg to make them vegetarian.
