Reached out to Peta from Impeccable Cleaning Services to get a deep clean done at my place. They were very thorough, focused and followed through with the promise of the deep clean required, they were on time, very responsive with messages and certainly did not let me down. Will definately get them back again for the fortnightly touch up

Impeccable did a great job cleaning my apartment, I was in an extremely grubby state for some time and i needed a bond clean, I ended up getting all my bond back and was extremely happy with the service

I was hesitant to post publicly as Peta is quite intimidating. Firstly, charging a customer before the job has even started is unprofessional. I gave Peta access to my home as it was wall washing and carpet cleaning and we had already vacated. I walked in to her in unprofessional attire (short shorts and a bra), her music blazing while she had a camera setup. Ultimately she started strong and finished poorly. She charged us $600 to complete the job which would have been OK if she had completed the job properly. Marks still on the carpet, walls left un-washed.

The guys did an excellent clean. Peta was genuinely excited to clean our toilet! They were easy to communicate with and very efficient.Highly recommend!
