Ringwood East Vetcare
We have been seeing Dr Quen and Dr Jeff for nearly 3 years at the Railway Avenue address. They are both very thorough and caring with our dogs. They saw us through a serious illness and passing of one of our older pets and they were so gentle with him. Their support staff are top notch, kind and sympathetic. We have been using their grooming service as well and are very happy with the results. Wonderful vet care all around!

We found that Dr Quyen Thai and his team were amazing, where they not only helped diagnose a suspicious growth on our dog but also organised and undertook the resolution to the problem quickly. He explained in detail of the the issue and the options we could take, providing us confidence in their practice.Our dog loves being at the Ringwood East Vetcare and has no hesitation in entering even though she has been through two operations with them.A huge thank you to you all at Ringwood East Vetcare.

Ringwood East Vetcare was recommended to me, particularly Dr Quyen. He is a very approachable, attentive and a genuinely caring person. I trust him entirely with our beloved pups, he’s professional and very knowledgeable, I am very happy with him and his staff, so glad we have someone that knows our pups so well.

Ringwood East Vetcare
I’m a breeder of Toy Poodles and Cavoodles, dr Quyen has been amazing with our breeding girls, studs and puppies. I have recommended a number of breeders and friends to the clinic. Not only is he gentle with your pets but knows them by name. Your not just a number when you bring your loving pets in. The pic was taken from our last visit.

Ringwood East Vetcare
Have had the most amazing experiences with Ringwood East Vetcare. Our little doggo has lots of allergies and the team have always been able to get him in last minute and look after him, even holding onto him until I finish work. It’s always been absolutely stress free and I feel confident leaving my pet in their care. They also have the best pet treats too :)

We have been taking our pets to East Ringwood Vets for many years, they are very caring, professional and very thorough, always go above and beyond. When the difficult decision has been made to sadly part with a much loved pet, its done with compassion and dignity. Donald, my staffy cross, has required a lot of attention with regular trips to Ringwood East Vetcare. Both Dr Quyen and Dr Jeff have been very professional as well as sympathetic to his needs. The whole team are kind, friendly and gentle with a nervous dog, as well as very professional within the practice. My wife and I are very confident with all aspects of his treatment, and his care. Ringwood East Vetcare
Our old vet had relocated so when we acquired our two new Golden retriever pups, some research into finding a new vet was required. After some time looking over reviews and recommendations Ringwood East Vet care stood out above all others. On our first appointment we met Dr Quyen and was immediately impressed by his friendly demeanour and new and fresh approach to vet care. We enrolled in puppy school inhouse run by Laura V, and now our boys are three years. I could not recommend Dr Quyen highly enough and am thankful we found such a caring and professional Vet.

Ringwood East Vetcare
2 days ago both our dogs encountered a tiger snake. Our beautiful Zeke took the brunt and unfortunately lost his battle. But our Winnie is now home. I held my daughters hand in your rooms as her heart was breaking over her puppy, but your skills, knowledge and dedication has brought her puppy back to us.Words can’t express my gratitude to all involved. You’ve provided my family with a Christmas miracle and put a huge positive on the emotional roller coaster we’ve had this week
